Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

The Client Equation Masterclass and all bonuses are delivered 100% online. No physical goods are shipped to any address in India or internationally.

2. Delivery timeline

• Access is normally delivered instantly on the order confirmation page immediately after a successful payment.
• A confirmation email with your session link and bonus access is sent to the email address entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes and in any case within 24 hours.
• Session reminders and bonus links are also shared on the WhatsApp number provided at checkout.

3. Shipping charges

Nil. There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges for digital products.

4. If you do not receive access

• Check your Promotions and Spam folders for an email from XScale Media.
• Confirm that the email address and phone number you entered at checkout are correct.
• Write to contact@xscalemedia.com or call +91 91113 53425 with your order ID and payment reference.

We resolve access issues within 24-48 working hours. If we cannot deliver access, you are eligible for a full refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Access validity

Access is granted for personal, single-user use for the duration stated on the sales page. Login sharing, resale or redistribution is not permitted and may lead to termination of access.
