1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, purchasing our masterclass, or interacting with our business, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. What you are buying

The Client Equation Masterclass is a paid digital educational programme delivered online, along with the bonuses listed on the sales page. Access is granted for personal, single-user use only. The programme is informational and educational in nature.

3. Pricing and payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are collected through Razorpay and other authorised payment gateways.
• Access is granted only after the payment is successfully received and confirmed.
• Prices, offers and bonuses may change at any time without prior notice. Changes do not apply retrospectively to completed orders.

4. Delivery of access

Since this is a digital product, access details (session link, login and bonus material) are delivered electronically over email and/or WhatsApp, normally immediately and in any case within 24 hours of a successful payment. Please ensure the email address and WhatsApp number you provide at checkout are correct.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout.
• Keep your access credentials confidential and do not share them with others.
• Do not record, download, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content, slides, templates or frameworks.
• Do not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not use our services for any illegal, misleading or unethical activity.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and inside the masterclass - including text, videos, graphics, frameworks, templates, scripts, funnels, designs and code - is the intellectual property of XScale Media unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised use, copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.

7. No guarantee of results

The masterclass is educational only and is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any case studies, screenshots, figures or examples shown are illustrative and are not typical results or a promise of income, leads, ad performance, ROAS or business outcomes. Your results depend on your own offer, market, ad spend, effort and execution.

8. Third-party platforms

Our delivery may rely on third-party platforms such as webinar tools, payment gateways, hosting providers, email/WhatsApp providers and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or policy changes caused by these third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost ad spend.

10. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms, share or pirate our content, abuse our team, or engage in fraudulent or chargeback abuse.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hooghly, West Bengal, India.
